With more than a decade of writing experience, Shannon's diverse portfolio consists of feature articles on a broad range of topics, including health and wellness, business, human interest and family.
She has also provided advertising copy for both print and Web, as well as brand management and media outreach for multiple clients. As an independent contractor, Shannon has worked with prominent companies including Lenovo, Sensus, the Carolina Hurricanes, AT&T, Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus independent startups, universities and nonprofits. She believes every person has a story, and loves to help them find it. Shannon and her family hail from California but have called North Carolina home since 2003.
